Do you ship to my location?

At this point in time, Fountain Pen Supplies ships to addresses in Australia and New Zealand only. Checkout requires an address in either Australia or New Zealand, and will not allow other locations. If you are sending to an address in Australia or New Zealand and the checkout doesn’t recognize it, please email sales@fountainpensupplies.com with details and we will look into it.

What shipping methods do you use?

Shipping methods vary by parcel weight and location. Some small items can be classed as an envelope, and are sent domestically and internationally by Australia Post.

How much is shipping?

Shipping starts at $3.50 for small envelopes within Australia and $4.50 for small envelopes to New Zealand for items like notebook undersheets and paper samplers. Items sent as a parcel are priced by weight, starting at $10 regular/$12.50 express within Australia and $16 to New Zealand.

The view cart function in our shop allows you to preview shipping costs for your specific order without any commitment to buy– we highly recommend using this feature to get a better answer to this question!

Do you offer local pick up?

Usually no– we don’t have a shopfront, so we can’t offer order pick ups on a regular basis. However, if we are attending an event (such as a pen show) we are more than happy to bring your order along for you to collect in person instead of posting it. Arrangements for this will have to be organised beforehand.

Do you accept returns?

We stand by every product we sell. If you’re unhappy with your purchase, please don’t hesitate to contact us for a resolution at sales@fountainpensupplies.com, our contact page, or on social media.
